DevOps Network Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

What you will do: 

  • Create scripts, tools, and API integrations (e.g., using Java, Python, REST, JSON, YAML) to optimize operational processes, rollouts, and monitoring. 
  • Develop and implement automation and integration solutions between Juniper Mist, ServiceNow, and other internal systems. 
  • Design and implement workflows and apps to support operations (e.g., ticket automation, network inventory, alarm correlation). 
  • Contribute to the standardization and documentation of the new network architecture. 
  • Analyse and leverageMist AI features (telemetry, anomaly detection, self-healing). 
  • Collaborate closely with teams from Network Operations, Infrastructure
  • Engineering, and ServiceNow Development.

What we are looking for: 

  • 5 –7 years of experience as automation integration engineer  Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). 
  • Knowledge technologies (Mist Cloud, JunOS) or similar network environments. 
  • Experience in network process automation using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or similar frameworks. 
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow (e.g., integration via REST/SOAP, workflow design, CMDB integration). 
  • Understanding of modern network and cloud management architectures.

Any of the following is a plus: 

  • Knowledge of SD-WAN automation. 
  • Knowledge of Network concepts and architecture
