Product owner (m/f/d)

In our newly created and rapidly growing REWE Digital offices in Sofia, our German offices in Cologne (Headquarters), Ilmenau, and Berlin, we consolidate all of the Group’s strategic online activities. We strive to become the leading provider of online solutions in all relevant markets – and we are writing history along the way!

What you will do:

  • Develop products to enable effective fulfillment processes for the online-groceries sector.
  • Be part of a cross-functional scrum team responsible for foundational domains of our platform.
  • Customer-centric and data-driven development of your products in close cooperation with stakeholders, logistics, UX, and business specialists.
  • Prioritization of your product backlog as well as the definition of future goals of your domain.
  • Planning, Coordination, and Implementation of value-based increments together with your team, architects, and other teams.

What we are looking for:

  • You have experience in product management – preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
  • You have advanced professional competence in software development.
  • You have a strong background in agile/lean methods.
  • You have around 2-3 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • You use your creativity and focus to deliver pragmatic solutions for users.

Any of the following is a plus:

  • Agile certifications like PSPO or CPO would be a plus.
  • You have an academic degree or equivalent education, preferably in Computer Science, the Social Sciences, or Economics.
  • It would be a plus if you’d have basic German skills(+).
